About Our School
MORE THAN JUST A KARATE SCHOOL : We are more than a karate school. We are a true Academy of Martial Arts Studies where we accommodate students from the age of 3 on up and instill in them the precepts of Health, Education and Commitment.
We offer MORE CHOICES, MORE CLASSES AND MORE
EXPERIENCE than any school in the area. Most of our instructors are academically degreed as well as belted in
a variety of martial arts disciplines which will be taught at The Academy.
OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE THE BEST! Our martial arts instructors have over
100 years of martial arts experience ranging from 36 years to a minimum of
18 years per instructor. In addition to training with the excellent staff at The Academy, membership will be able to train through distance learning via web based lesson plans and will have the opportunity to occasionally train with the world class martial arts leaders who sit on the

GET YOUR DEGREE IN MARTIAL ARTS STUDIES:
Projected to start within the decade, we will be offering accredited degrees to those interested in pursuing the educational equivalent of the black belt
in addition to the one they earn on the floor. We will be offering accredited two year certificates of study, four year Bachelor degrees, MMA
Masters of Martial Arts and DMA Doctorate of Ateru Goju Karate
and Ateru San Ryu Do. About Our Facilities
Our facility offers 2 training areas so we can accommodate the
running of more than one class at the same time. This allows students
the ability to work in a group of peers and at their own growth
rate.
AMENITIES: We have two separate matted training areas, pro
shop/check-in area, restrooms & changing rooms
and unlimited parking.
LOCATION: We are located at
900 Bright Road, Findlay Ohio across the street from the Speedway
gas station.
OFFICE: If you have a free
lesson appointment or Academy visit scheduled please arrive on time,
wearing loose clothing.
WHEN TO ARRIVE: To
accommodate the variety of classes we teach and the students that
attend them we ask that you ARRIVE NO MORE
THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, take off
shoes - change into uniform if you don't have it on, wait on
FLOOR 2 then enter your class when it's time.
STUDENT'S ENTRANCE: The
student entrance is located at the rear of the building, second door
to the left. Upon entering please take off shoes and store in a
cubby to the right.
WHERE TO PARK:
4:00 pm till 5:30 pm: Students must
either be dropped off or parents must use our auxiliary private parking lot
located east of Speedway's rear parking lot past the grassy hill.
Please park there and walk your child to class using the Speedway-Citizen's National Bank crosswalk.
After 5:30 PM DAILY and on Saturday: There
is unlimited parking in the rear.

CHILDREN AGE 8 AND UNDER
IN
THE INTEREST OF SAFETY YOU MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR CHILD TO AND FROM THE
ENTRANCE OF THE ACADEMY OF MARTIAL ARTS STUDIES. WE WILL KEEP A
RECORD OF YOU ON FILE AND IF YOU NEED A RELATIVE, CHILDCARE
PROFESSIONAL OR NANNY TO PICK THEM UP, PLEASE INFORM US AHEAD OF TIME
SO THAT WE MAY RELEASE YOUR CHILD TO THEM.
