Classes broke down by Age and Skill Levels:

Tiny Tigers Age 3-6 Classes take place Monday & Wednesday 5-5:30  Our Tiny Tigers learn basic karate while our staff works with children on balance, focus, & memory drills. Stretching and cardio are added into the mix and tigers are rewarded for a good class with stickers and a treat.

Karate Kids Age 6-14 Kids are placed into either Monday/Wednesday group (5:30pm-6:30pm)or Tuesday/Thursday group (5pm-6pm). Our Karate Kids learn traditional Okinawan/Japanese Goju Karate. (The oldest karate style in the world) This is an internal karate style from the Naha region in Okinawa, highly influenced by Shaolin and Pakua Kung Fu. It is widely accepted as the most effective and realistic defense art when applied in real world situations. These students experience levels run from novice to intermediate. Belt tests occur every three months. Testing prices vary per belt level.

Advanced Kids Advanced kids classes are rigorous and highly demanding. Students are hand picked by Hanshi Cullen to make the jump to advanced classes and must be green belt minimum. Advanced classes meet Tuesday (6:30pm-7:30pm) and Thursday (7pm-8pm)

Adults  Classes are for all ranks and students age 15 and up. Adult rankings and belts differ from the karate kids. Promotional testing occur every 4 months. All adult memberships include unlimited training where adult students may attend any or all of the following class times. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (7pm-8pm) and Saturday (11am-Noon)
